especially for young piglets, sheep, goats and pets. Reduces disease and promotes healthy growth and comfort of livestock.
- Manufacturing Projects - Radiant heat application for manufacturing projects - For example, use the system to apply continuous, regulated,
radiant heat for curing of adhesives, drying paint on parts, etc.... instead of heating the entire shop.
General System Operation: - Then priciple of operation of this system is really very simple.
- The system warms water in the storage
tank (to desired temperature, up to 150 degrees F). A motor and pump
circulates the water through tubing or mats, poviding radiant heat to the desired application. The water cools somewhat as heat is released. The water is then returned to the storage tank where it is reheated and then recirculated.
- The entire system is self-conntained
and portable. It requires only a stardard 120 volt, 15 amp electrical
outlet for power.
- All water is recirculated, so once the tank
is filled no continuous water source is required. The water simply acts as a "working fluid" in the system, transport
heat from the tank to the desired application.
